For international shipping outside of the United Kingdom, please get in touch via the contact page before placing your order.

International shipping costs, delivery times, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes will be calculated and confirmed prior to dispatch. Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs charges or import fees that may apply in their country.
 

Processing Times

All artworks are carefully prepared and packaged by hand, and should be dispatched within 2-3 days of your order.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Packaging

All artworks are securely packaged to protect them in transit:

• Original Paintings are carefully wrapped, protected with corner guards where appropriate, and shipped in reinforced packaging.
• Limited Edition Prints are shipped either flat in protective mailers or rolled in sturdy tubes, depending on size.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as you can. 

Please retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved - photographs of the artwork and packagingwould be helpful.

Arrangements will be made as soon as possible for a replacement or refund where appropriate.
